At a time when physical sales of audio
CDs has been deteriorating by the day, Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kabali
has done record business for Think Music India, the music label that
owns the audio rights for the film.
According to Think Music India’s
spokesperson, 15000 CDs have been already sold in two batches. The songs
are already topping the charts across various audio-listening platforms
and air-plays in FM stations.
Think Music India is expecting the total
number of YouTube views to surpass 1 crore for the entire album
spearheaded by Neruppu Da, which has already crossed 2 million views
followed by Ulagam Oruvanukka which has notched up 1 million views.
